Genk’s star player Tolu Arokodare attracted interest from many big clubs during the summer transfer window.
With the transfer window closing soon, Wolves have reached a preliminary agreement with the player.
The club is expected to put Arokodare through a medical and officially announce the transfer in the near future.
Arokodare finished last season as the joint top scorer in the Belgian Jupiler League with 21 goals.
Following this impressive performance, it has been reported that the 24-year-old Nigerian’s transfer fee will be €27 million.
The 1.93-meter-tall forward is known for his aerial ability and physical style of play.
Despite this transfer, Wolves are not looking to sell striker Jorgen Strand Larsen. The English club plans to keep both forwards in the squad.
