Samsunspor have submitted an official offer to sign VfB Stuttgart forward Silas Katompa Mvumpa.
The player from the Democratic Republic of Congo is entering the final year of his contract, which is why the German club has been looking to sell him during this summer transfer window.
VfB Stuttgart initially aimed to earn €8 million from his transfer.
However, the amount offered by Samsunspor is currently unknown. Still, reports suggest that the German side may be open to accepting a lower fee.
Silas was loaned to Red Star Belgrade last season, where he scored a total of seven goals, including two in the UEFA Champions League.
At 26 years old, Silas is seen as a player who could reignite his career with a strong performance at Samsunspor.
