South African proptech startup AIRE is bringing artificial intelligence and automation into the real estate sector. The company delivers this integration through four main systems.
First, with its AI-based platform AIRE Software, the startup can produce feasibility and “Highest and Best Use” (HBU) studies within just five days. Traditionally, such studies take four to six weeks, but AIRE Software reduces this timeline significantly.
In addition, AIRE Consulting provides advisory services such as market research, financial modeling, planning support, and portfolio strategy.
Through AIRE Valuations, the company offers independent and standards-compliant valuation services based on local knowledge and market data, supporting reporting, lending, transactions, and insurance processes.
Finally, with AIRE Hospitality, the startup advises developers and operators on branded residences, hotel concepts, and operator selection.
The company’s CEO, Simon Ardonceau, explained that the lack of reliable market intelligence in many African and Middle Eastern cities has long slowed down investment decisions. He emphasized that AIRE’s software solutions can save a significant amount of time in these processes.
Having already launched operations in Nairobi, Morocco, and Mauritius, AIRE is now preparing to expand into Senegal, Ivory Coast, and the Middle East.
