The initiative, led by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), includes 11 African countries. Among them, Nigeria became the first to officially launch the program.

During the event, participants exchanged ideas on collaborative strategies for mapping and planning broadband infrastructure to promote digital inclusion across the country.
