Napoli has given the green light to Galatasaray for the transfer of Osimhen.
Galatasaray had already convinced the player but faced difficulties reaching an agreement with Napoli to finalize the deal.
Initially, Galatasaray submitted an offer of €40+35 million with a two-year payment plan. However, this offer was rejected by Napoli due to issues with the bank guarantee.
Later, Napoli demanded a 20% share from the player’s future sale, which brought the transfer talks to a standstill.
Eventually, both clubs found common ground and agreed on a 10% sell-on clause. The bank guarantee issue was also resolved during the process.
This major transfer, which had nearly collapsed a few days ago, is now progressing positively toward completion.
The player is expected to arrive in Istanbul and sign the contract in the coming days.
