Manchester United have made a third official bid for Cameroonian forward Bryan Mbeumo.
This time, the Red Devils are reported to have offered Brentford close to £70 million. However, Brentford have yet to respond to the offer.
Despite that, United remain optimistic about the transfer. If the deal goes through, they also aim to sign Chelsea forward Nicolas Jackson and Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez.
Mbeumo, who scored 20 league goals last season, is also known to be interested in a move to Manchester United. The club struggled heavily in attack last season, scoring only 44 goals in the Premier League. They hope this addition will help address that issue.
The Cameroonian forward is 25 years old and still has room for development. If the transfer goes through, it could be a positive outcome for both sides.
