Moroccan midfielder Neil El Aynaoui, who plays for RC Lens, is attracting interest from various clubs thanks to his impressive performances.
Recently, there has been increasing speculation that Aston Villa are looking to sign the 23-year-old.
Over the past year, Lens have lost several key players. Elye Wahi was the first to depart, joining Olympique de Marseille. He was soon followed by the likes of Brice Samba, Abdukodir Khusanov, Przemyslaw Frankowski, and Kevin Danso.
Facundo Medina is also rumored to be on his way out during this transfer window. Now, it seems El Aynaoui could be the latest name to join the list of departures from the club.
The 23-year-old central midfielder almost joined Monaco last year, but the move collapsed after he failed his medical.
This season, Juventus had shown interest in him, but more recently, Aston Villa’s interest has intensified.
