The Ministry of Digital Transition and Digitalization of Côte d’Ivoire held a meeting with a delegation from Russia’s Skolkovo Foundation.
The delegation, led by Russia’s Ambassador to Côte d’Ivoire, Alexey Saltykov, was received at the ministry.
During the discussions, both sides focused on strengthening cooperation in digital technology, innovation, and the development of future technological ecosystems. Key topics included the creation of technopolises, artificial intelligence solutions, and the digitalization of public and private services.
Promising areas of collaboration were identified between the Skolkovo Foundation and Côte d’Ivoire’s technology park, VITIB. The Director General of VITIB introduced the delegation to the park’s activities and infrastructure.
As part of ongoing technical engagements, the Russian delegation is scheduled to visit VITIB on 25 November 2025 to explore potential partnership opportunities in greater detail.
