Kenyan innovation hub iHub has relocated its headquarters to Lavington, once again demonstrating its commitment to fostering technological innovation across Kenya and Africa.
This move not only expands the company physically but also enhances its strategic focus on supporting entrepreneurs and professionals worldwide.
Additionally, the new office includes a media and entertainment hub aimed at providing specialized advisory services for professionals in the television, social media, and film sectors.
Beyond this, the new center features co-working spaces and modern conference rooms that create ideal environments for collaboration.
Earlier this year, iHub partnered with Safaricom and Spark Accelerator to support startups like Chaptr and Chumz. Through a partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, it also invested $1.2 million in 36 edtech startups.
Moreover, iHub collaborates with other innovation centers, such as Nigeria’s Co-Creation Hub, to help address Africa’s challenges through innovation and technology.
Thanks to these efforts, iHub plays a significant role in advancing the innovation agenda in both Kenya and Africa, contributing to economic growth across the continent and helping to unlock the potential of its youth.
