Ethiopian Investment Holdings (EIH) and Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH) have formalized a partnership aimed at strengthening economic collaboration. The two entities signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance knowledge exchange, technology transfer, and joint investment efforts.
The agreement, signed by EIH CEO Brook Taye and AIH CEO Ruslan Alikhanov, sets the foundation for cooperation in key sectors, focusing on improving the performance of state-owned enterprises. Both officials emphasized the strategic importance of the partnership in driving sustainable development and fostering economic ties between Ethiopia and Azerbaijan.
Through this collaboration, EIH aims to position itself as a gateway for investment in Africa, while AIH seeks to expand its engagement in global markets. The agreement paves the way for long-term cooperation and shared economic growth.
