Belarus and Zimbabwe are set to negotiate a mutual visa waiver for holders of diplomatic and service passports, following a decree signed by Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko on Tuesday.
According to the presidential press service, the decree authorizes the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to engage in talks based on a draft agreement between the two governments. If consensus is reached within the framework of the approved draft, Belarusian diplomats are authorized to formally sign the deal.
The agreement aims to facilitate official travel and strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
