Kaizer Chiefs, who have made a fast start to the South African League, have added two new players to their squad.
However, despite six league matches having already been played, the new signings Ethan Chislett and Nkanyiso Shinga have not yet featured.
Ethan Chislett joined Kaizer Chiefs from English side Port Vale FC, while Nkanyiso Shinga arrived from Portuguese outfit FC Alverca.
Head coach Nasreddine Nabi stated that both players are ready and will be given their chance when the time comes.
So far, Nkanyiso Shinga appears to be the third-choice option at left-back, behind Bradley Cross and Paseko Mako. In the attacking midfield role, Ethan Chislett also seems to be the third man in rotation, with Mduduzi Shabalala and Gaston Sirino continuing to feature in that position for now.
Kaizer Chiefs possess a strong squad, and these additions will undoubtedly prove valuable over the course of a long league campaign.
