The group stage of the tournament has concluded, and the quarter-final matches will be played this Friday and Saturday.
The winners of this round will play the semi-finals in Dar es Salaam and Kampala. The final match will take place on August 30 in Nairobi.
In Group A, Kenya finished as the leader, while Morocco secured second place, just one point behind Kenya. DRC, Angola, and Zambia were eliminated from the tournament.
In Group B, Tanzania topped the group, with Madagascar advancing in second place. Mauritania, Burkina Faso, and the Central African Republic were knocked out.
In Group C, Uganda finished first, with Algeria coming in second. South Africa, Niger, and Guinea were eliminated.
In Group D, Sudan and Senegal advanced, while Nigeria and Congo were eliminated from the tournament.
The quarter-final matchups are as follows: Kenya vs. Madagascar, Algeria vs. Sudan, Tanzania vs. Morocco, and Uganda vs. Senegal. These matches will be single-leg, with no return legs.
