Nigerian midfielder Wilfred Ndidi of Leicester City is attracting serious interest from Juventus and Real Betis.
The player is reportedly looking to leave the club following Leicester City’s relegation from the Premier League.
Although the club renewed Ndidi’s contract last season, a £9 million release clause in his deal makes him an affordable target in this summer’s transfer window.
Among the clubs most seriously interested in Ndidi is Italian giant Juventus. The coaching staff believes the midfielder could form a strong partnership with Manuel Locatelli and Arthur Melo in the heart of midfield.
Spanish side Real Betis are also keen to sign the versatile midfielder. The La Liga outfit is planning a major overhaul of their midfield ahead of the new season.
Other clubs reportedly monitoring Ndidi include Everton, Manchester United, and several teams from the Middle East. Known primarily for his defensive contributions, the experienced midfielder also recorded five assists last season, showcasing his improved attacking qualities.
Ndidi’s recent performances continue to demonstrate why he remains a highly sought-after player across top European clubs.
